Dance Ireland Bursary to attend Choreolab Europe
Dance Ireland are delighted to welcome Choreolab Europe back to Dublin from 20-23 October. choreolab europe is a collaborative artistic research platform for dance and choreography.
Dance Ireland and Choreolab are partnering to offer a wholly subsidised place to a guest dance artist to participate in the 4 day intensive which takes place at DanceHouse in Dublin.
This 4-day intensive is led by Choreolab artistic directors, Anja Gallagher and Sanne Clifford, where they facilitate opportunities to explore and develop choreographic ideas for choreographers, dancers and movers. Through labs, playgrounds and lectures they create a safe space where everyone’s ideas can be shared and reflected on in a peer-to-peer setting.
What is on offer?
- A free place on the 4 day intensive
- A bursary of €650 from Dance Ireland to contribute to travel and accommodation costs
Who is it for?
- You should be a current Dance Ireland professional member
- You should have an interest in or practice in choreographic process
- You should be available for all 4 days of the intensive from Thursday 20 – Sunday 23 October
