About Glenna’s Class

This work is holistic and subtractive. The class will build on linking our thinking and sensing in ways that reduce unnecessary tensions that interfere with freedom of movement. We’ll apply Alexander Technique principles while practicing weight shift, postural support and balance and transitional movements. Focus on any one body part will be integrated into the moving body as a whole. The aim lies in discovering the kind of attention that leads to effortless flow and connection.
