My name is Zula. I started practicing yoga since 2015 and I have become a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2017. I have some experience teaching a yoga class in Mongolia. 

I will be teaching a Vinyasa flow class. Vinyasa Flow is yoga that coordinates movement with breath flowing from one to the next pose. This is one of the most popular contemporary yoga style. Breathing is one of the important thing during practice and a key to successful yoga practice. Classes will be ranging from Slow Flow to Power Flow that will match different levels of yogis and their individual wants and needs. Also there will be some brief meditation in the practice.

The yoga is for everyone. I encourage everyone to start practicing yoga as it is a total mind/body workout which will strengthen and stretch with deep breathing and meditation. Vinyasa yoga will work your entire body and mind.
