Lucia Kickham is well known to those who attend Dance Ireland morning classes and is often seen on stages in work by Irish and International choreographers.
Dancers are welcome to join Lucia for a contemporary practice which aims to create space and to ease tension built up in the body. It will be a restorative session incorporating a gentle floor and standing warm-up, self massage (hands on and rollers/balls if you have them) and perception exercises.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and have a space the size of a yoga mat available to freely lie on the floor.
