Laura welcomes dancers from any genre, dancers who are practicing daily and those who haven't practiced in a while.

Laura's classes will begin with a gentle shaking practice to warm up your body. This will develop into structured improvisations and explorations of weight and rhythm searching for ease and flow in your movement. Laura's class offers a sense of groundedness in your body and in your dance.
