The practices will be held in a space the size of a yoga mat - and easy to follow. Based on a shaking practice - with focus on waking up our three-dimensional bodies and our space around us, this movement stems from Laura's daily practice with dance artist Siobhán Ní Dhuinnín, and her work on spatial patterns/Choreological Studies (CS).

The practice is composed of 4 sections that transition from one to the next without stopping, and that increase in vigour. It is followed by selected yoga poses. You can take the class at your own pace.

Participants will be given guidelines at the beginning. Moving together, these sessions are accompanied by a selected soundtrack.

Laura welcomes dancers from any genre, and those who are practicing daily and those who haven't practiced in a while.

Register for this practice on zoom here.
