Irish Dance Dublin
Founded by Mary Beth Taylor, TCRG (Registered Teacher, CLRG), Irish Dance Dublin welcomes adult learners of all ages and skill levels. Dancing is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, challenge your memory, and meet new people. Whether you are returning to a hobby you enjoyed in the past, or you want to learn something new, we have a class for you.
Irish dancing, the style of dance made famous by Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, provides an incredible cardiovascular workout that will help you build strength, increase your flexibility, and have fun while learning new steps. Both Beginner and Intermediate classes will focus on technique and choreography in the light and heavy shoes.
