Ruaidhrí Maguire is a Professional Member of Dance Ireland, and will be in studio, as part of a DI Residency.
During this time, Ruaidhrí will be working on a new piece of choreography.:
'….Prism’ presents itself in the relatable scenario of a job interview. The person/prism is interviewed by each personality colour and will explore how they interact together in isolation, how the colour affects them and how they relate and move through life with that colour as part of their full personality. It plans to be an exploration of the self-portrait, a key interest in Ruaidhrí’s creative practice along with commenting on the mental health crisis which affects both North and South of the island. ‘
On the Friday of this residency , there will be a New Movements studio sharing- this is an informal showcase, during which Ruaidhrí will show an extract of his development ftom the week. To attend, register HERE.
