About Noi's class

Ballet technique is the foundation for other dance techniques, building on strength, flexibility, coordination and musicality. The class structure starts at the barre to continue into the centre, focusing on use of breath, freedom of the upper torso while keeping strength in the core and alignment of the pelvis. While in centre practice, use of space and expansion is focused on. But most of all class is not only the time to focus on technique but to enjoy moving and express ones self!
