About Laura's Class

This morning class taught by our DI HACTH 2019 artist Laura Murphy, offers a warm up rooted in moving our bodies organically.  Inside improvised scores and learned movement sequences; we will play with finding connections between rhythm and symmetry to break them. We aim to locate articulation, ease and awareness in our movements.
