Aoife's class 'The Dancing Voice'  is divided into three sections. The first is Strength and Sweat where we use a contemporary dance warm up to sweat and strengthening all aspects of our system, allowing thoughts to settle down bring us to a state of presence, and preparing the body to physically house the voice. The second section is Softening where we use vocal techniques to release and open the throat to allow our own unique sound to emerge. The third section is the Dancing Voice where we connect part one and part two in a playful way creating an embodied voice to sing,  dance and speak.
