For this contemporary class the warm up will use stretches, toning muscle and giving flexibility, and rotations, using the floor to bring confidence and understanding. Based in José Limón Technique we will use the interplay between weight and weightlessness to approach the movement that easily adapts to a range of choreographic styles.

Considered that breathing is indispensable, allowing movement to flow continuously, starting from the centre of the body, working out to the extremities, the class will focus on how to work contraction of the torso, pelvis and body weight, using energetic dance routines during the process of the class.
