Simone’s Contemporary Urban class is an energetic, physical and dynamic class. It allows space for the individual dance artist to explore with the use of various tasks , improvisation techniques and phrase work. It is accessible to all dance styles to play with and research their own physical vocabulary. First, connecting with our physical body, playing with musicality, space, time and the impact of our use of energy. This class will challenge the artist to approach their movement in a fun non-judgemental way, out of our minds and into our body while also building the dancers mental and physical stamina.
