Join me for a morning contemporary class full of physicality and virtuosity. We will start with floor work phrases to warm us up and then move to the side of the room where we will work through handstands and more acrobatic work to focus on strengthening through the arms. Heading back into the centre we will focus on getting the back and rest of the body moving, finished with some short phrases and jumps to get the heart rate pumping.
