We will be moving through a dynamic and energetic contemporary class that will include a warm-up of floorwork, and release work, along with reflecting back on the classical form in some center work throughout. By the end of the class, we will be working through to full-bodied phrases of movement to finish the class at a high intensity. We will be working on strength and conditioning through the arms by going in and out of the floor, challenging our own skills as movers, and pushing our physicality through this one-hour thirty-minute session.
