About This Class

Monday classes are suitable for people with at least 1 year of practice in any dance style. It focuses on floor work influenced by Pilates and yoga principles. Incorporating gentle stretching within a dance context, alignment is a key element. The outcome is a gentle and effective workout which tones and shapes with the added benefit of relaxation as well as tapping into the creativity.

The second part of the class consists of developing a sense for fluid movement, musicality and rhythm and technical aspects of movement that aims to be free and natural. The technique is revealed in a comprehensive and simple way.
Mariam's classes are suitable for adults and young adults who would like to develop their dance skills and creativity in a non-competitive environment.
