About this Class

Wednesday classes focuses on movement designed to stretch the spine and muscles while working on the alignment, improving the balance through an effective use of the core muscles, facilitating efficiency of the movement.

The class progresses through dance routines with a range of technical challenges. The end salutation provides a cooling down of body and mind, instilling a calming and soothing effect on the entire being. This unique approach to teaching provides the participant with a very enjoyable and comprehensive dance experience.

Classes are ideal for people with at least 2 years experience in various forms of dance and movement techniques aiming to offer the participant a unique and fresh approach, challenging them to reach their full potential.

Mariam's classes are suitable for adults and young adults who would like to develop their dance skills and creativity in a non competitive environment.
