Join Stopgap Dance Company for a fantastic, inclusive contemporary dance class!

Stopgap Dance Company's contemporary company class will consist of dance skills exercises, dance improvisation and a dance phrase to finish.

As an inclusive company, their disabled and non-disabled class teachers will use open language and support with movement translations. Please contact us in advance if you have any access questions or requirements Dance Ireland can support with you with so you can attend the class.

Expect shape making as well as dancing from the inside, our classes always celebrate the unique quality of diverse dancers and fluctuate between gentle introspection and high energy exuberance.
