Maria Nilsson Waller is a choreographer and dance artist with more than 20 years professional experience. She is educated at the Royal Swedish Ballet School, SEAD Salzburg and Ecole supérieure de danse Rosella Hightower, Cannes. Her style of ballet is a mix of the Russian and French traditions, and her classes also includes influences from yoga, pilates, and various contemporary dance techniques.

“I encourage deep and thorough work at the barre with focus on breath, articulation in movement and healthy placement of the skeleton and joints. The class then continues on to more advanced combinations where dynamic flow, expressiveness, imagination and musicality is leading values. Ballet is a technique and artform you can spend your entire life refining - the journey should be as enjoyable as it is challenging!"

Dancers from all styles and disciplines are welcome.
