We will be moving through a dynamic and energetic ballet class that will focus on using the body fully and breaking away from the structure of some of the more traditional elements of the classical form. We will move through a barre into centre phrases which will focus on musicality, release and virtuosity. We will finish the class at a high intensity, focusing on elevation and performance through jumping phrases. The class will be fast-paced and full of physicality, it is aimed at professional dancers from both classical and contemporary styles, advanced students are also welcome to join
