Class Description
A structured ballet class for dancers looking to maintain and build their technique, artistry, and musicality. The class will start at the barre, focusing on alignment and the correct activation of muscles, before moving into the centre to Adage, Pirouettes, and Allegros. The class will allow dancers to challenge themselves technically and artistically, in a supportive environment. Most importantly, encouraging enjoyment and a sense of community in class. Suitable for advanced and professional dancers.

About Niamh O'Flannagain
Niamh began dancing in Dublin with the Dunbar School of Dance and the Goode School of Dance. She then moved to the U.K. to continue her training at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. During her time there she toured the U.K. performing with Encore Dance Company and the National Youth Ballet of Great Britain.
Niamh joined Ballet Ireland in 2018, and since then, has toured Ireland performing ballets such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Carmen. She has also performed contemporary and neo-classical works by renowned choreographers including Johan Inger, Morgann Runacre-Temple, Ohad Naharin, Filipe Portugal, and Christopher Bruce.
Additionally, Niamh has worked throughout Europe with British Festival Ballet, Bregenzer Festspiele, Chrysalis London, Irish National Opera, Laura Macken Dance, Sophie Adams Ballet Company, and Róisín Whelan Dance. She has danced in TV and film projects with Netflix, RTÉ, Merlin Productions, and Trinity College Dublin.
Alongside performing, Niamh has always had a passion for teaching. She teaches throughout Ireland, delivering workshops in ballet, repertoire, and pilates. Niamh is a certified STOTT Pilates and Progressing Ballet Technique instructor.
