Nathan’s class consists of a technical barre, steered at strength, balance, and alignment, which transverses into center work focusing on artistry and coordination. Concluding the class with allegro sequences to trigger endurance and stamina.

Nathan Cornwell is an independent dance artist and choreographer from England. Upon completing his vocational training at The English National Ballet School he went on to obtain a B.A. Honors at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. During his time there he worked with the Rambert Dance Company performing Itzik Galili’s A Linha Curva on their Comedy of Change UK tour.
Upon graduating in 2010 he worked with the Micheal Clark Company, performing Swamp as part of the Company’s come, been, and gone UK tour. He then accepted an invitation to join BallettVorpommern in Germany. During his time with them, he performed works from choreographers such as Katarzyna Gdaniec and Marco Cantalupo, Bryan Arias, Peter Svenson, Robert Glumbek, Jochen Heckmann, Brigel Gjoka, Maura Morales, Sabra Johnson, and many more.
Nathan then went on to dance with Ballet Ireland in 2019 as part of their Bold Moves program, performing Us by Zoë Ashe-Browne, and Ohad Naharin’s Minus 16. Following this Nathan worked with Laura Macken Dance, performing Connections, and Lift at the Project Arts Centre.
In addition to this, Nathan also danced in the Irish dance film Ballet Átha Cliath choreographed by Zoë Ashe-Browne which was shown at the Los Angeles Dance Shorts Film Festival. In early 2020 Nathan created a new short piece in collaboration with Dominic Harrison entitled Early Bird which premiered at Resolutions at The Place, London. To which it received outstanding reviews. Most recently Nathan performed in the Irish National Opera's screen adaption of Alice's Adventures Under Ground.
