Barre fitness is a super-energizing, whole-body workout for all fitness levels. It is a hybrid ballet fitness class, that involves performing small isometric movements on the barre & in the centre, using only bodyweight as resistance. 

During this whole-body workout we focus on building alignment, strengthening your core & burning calories all while toning & elongating your muscles to achieve that “Dancers Body”. 

Our weekly classes are taught by qualified RAD ballet teachers from the Dublin City Ballet School.

Class consists of a short warm-up, barre work & centre work for some quick cardio & then finish off with a cool-down. 

Ballet is excellent for improving posture, flexibility, co-ordination, muscle strength and toning. Barre Fitness in particular strengthens and tones all leg muscles, abdominal muscles and gluteus.
