Our Open Level Ballet class welcomes dancers of all experience and ability. It is a class designed for those who have accomplished the basic ballet foundation, although we do accommodate beginners. This 60 minute class will consist of a short warm-up, barre work, certre practice, allegro and some choreographed sequences across the room. Our adult ballet classes are for fun, fitness and the love of ballet all set in a non-competitive environment. It is a perfect class for people returning to ballet after many years. We offer a special rate for both Monday & Thursday ballet classes.

Ballet is excellent for improving posture, flexibility, co-ordination, muscle strength and toning, it has the advantage of working the entire body in just one ballet class. In particular ballet strengthens all the leg muscles, abdominal muscles and gluteus. Ballet is a great way to build self-confidence and can also be an outlet; helping to relieve stress and anxiety.

We offer our adult students the opportunity to up skill and to reengage with the love of ballet they may have experienced as a child. Here with the experience of our Royal Academy of Dance trained ballet teachers, the Dublin City Ballet School opens the world of Ballet to Adults of all ages and ability. We specialise in offering slow paced Complete Beginner Ballet classes - Advanced level classes. We have a class for you.
