Funders & Partners

Dance Ireland is a registered charity and receives funding and support from a range of organisations to develop and deliver our activities.

Dance Ireland receives Strategic Funding from the Arts Council and Dublin City Council to deliver its programme and manage DanceHouse as a resource for the dance sector.

Support towards our international programme comes from:

Culture Ireland, European Dance House Network, European Commission through Creative Europe and Erasmus+ programmes and cultural partnerships.

Dance Ireland is an active member of Theatre Forum, National Campaign for the Arts and the European Dance House Network, working strategically to strengthen dance in Ireland and internationally.

We are in the process of devising a fundraising programme, which we initiated with the Dance Ireland Commission Award.

Dance Ireland is open to developing partnerships and funding relationships with other commercial and non-commercial organisations for the greater benefit of dance in Ireland. Partnerships are a keys means for us to further capitalise on our expertise and resources and support the strategic development of dance in Ireland.

If you are interested in working with us on any of our programmes, please contact Sheila Creevey, Chief Executive, at sheila.creevey@danceireland.ie
