Aoife McAtamney

Aoife McAtamney is a dancer/choreographer, musician and teacher based in Dublin.
As a choreographer, she has been the recipient of numerous prizes and bursaries from the Arts Council and Culture Ireland and was Ireland's first Aerowaves artist as part of the cohort of 2014 with her first solo Softer Swells - that subsequently toured internationally including to La Briqueterie in Vitry-sur-Seine and the Instances festival in Chalon-sur-Saône.
As a dancer, Aoife has worked with multiple choreographers and specialises in voice and movement performances in works by Cie Ioannis Mandafounis, Fabrice Mazliah, Oona Doherty and Emma Martin.
As a musician Aoife has released an album called Pink Breath 2024 to critical acclaim and launched her creative structure called Daughter Of A Drum, home to all of Aoife’s creative offerings.
