Cancellation Policy 2021

Rehearsal, 50/50 Residency Partnerships & Event Rentals:

Cancellations up to eight weeks* or longer in advance of rental commencing: 25% deposit must be paid.

Cancellations four weeks* in advance of rental commencing: 50% of rental cost must be paid.

Cancellations less than four weeks in advance of rental commencing: 75% of rental cost must be paid.

If a confirmed booking fails to arrive on the day of the booking, the full rental cost must be paid.

*One week is defined as 5 working days: Monday to Friday

Class rentals:

Cancellations one month before classes start: deposit and two weeks’ rent must be paid.

Cancellations after classes have started: deposit, the cost of the rental for period that classes were held plus one month’s rent in addition must be paid.
