Booking A Studio
Risk Assessment, Confirmation Form and Insurance
All potential studio bookings will need to complete the following documents before their booking can be confirmed. (Follow the links below to complete the documents.)
1. Risk Assessment (Template needs to be uploaded to bookings pre-confirmation checklist forum.)

2. The following document needs to be completed at least 3 days prior to the booking to allow for your booking to go ahead.:

3. We may request insurance documents from you, such as Public Liability Cover and Rigging Insurance.. Our Venue Officers will let you know what to send.
