Dance Ireland is in partnership with the NOISE Moves' Emergence programme: which nutures the choeorgraphic skills of young dancers over a four month period.
Selected following an application process, the programme places young choreographers in a professional mentoring programme to develop a dance piece for performance. The choreographers will go through a journey of creating their own works of art to be viewed. Guided by professional Irish based choreographers: Lucia Kickham, Jessie Keenan, and John Scott, participants will not only get a performance experience but will go through the creation process of a dance. The works will be shown on the opening evening of the NOISE Moves Youth Dance Festival and at the DanceHouse as part of Dance Ireland's New Movement Series.
