Ireland's premier contemporary youth dance organisation

Dublin Youth Dance Company (DYDC) is Ireland’s premiere contemporary youth-dance group that continously strives for excellence and high standards. Our main aim is to offer talented young dancers the opportunity to participate in the creation, production and performance of contemporary dance works at a high level nationally and internationally.  

Young dancers  looking for development and performance opportunities may be interested in finding out more about international residencies, and

DYDC programme, in collaboration with Dance Ireland and Draíocht Arts Centre. Young dancers partaking in the International Dance Residency will have the opportunity to perform at the Irish Youth Dance Festival2019, on Saturday 29th June at the Draíocht Arts Centre or Friday 5th July at Pavilion Theatre.

​Dancers will take class with:

Helen Wilson, Artistic Director of Rise Youth Dance Company, Bristol, UK.
Toni Bravo, Artistic Director Diverse Space Youth Dance theatre, Austin, Texas, US. Toni trained at the Royal Ballet and with Pina Bausch.
