Dance Ireland is the place for dancers come for their morning class. Whether it is to keep in shape, refine technique or get in an extra class to compliment their training, we programme classes taught by highly experienced national and international teachers to meet the training needs of dancers.
It is one of our priorities is for dancers to have opportunities to progress their practice to a high standard. We understand the challenge around this if they are not attending a school or dancing in a company full time. With that in mind we programme classes that develop technique and technical standard while at the same time enhancing their artistic development and stamina. This is one of many ways we support dancers artistic and professional development at various stages of their career.
All of our morning classes and workshops are open to professional dancers and advanced level students, members and non-members.

Masterclasses and Workshops
Masterclasses and workshops provide an immersive interaction with a wide-range of topics with visiting experts which broaden, inspire and support the needs of the professional independent dancer.
Our Healthier Dancer programme supports and develops the physical and mental well-being.
As part of this artist-centred programme
We support a range of initiatives throughout the year to educate and inform professional dance artists, students and teachers about Dancer Health; muscularly, nutritionally, mentally and emotionally.
We also gather a wide range of information and documentation from previous years of this programme and from other sources in our Online Library.
