New Dance Company – Webinar to Share Results of Feasibility Study
This webinar will take place on Friday 5th May at 12pm online, for those interested in the New Dance Company call for proposals.
As part of our new dance policy, ‘Advancing Dance 2022-2025’, The Arts Council has allocated the financial resources for a competitive open call to establish an independent flagship dance company: one which is committed to commissioning, dance production across all scales, the employment of dancers, as well as national, North/ South and international touring and building audiences for dance.
The webinar will follow the publication of the research report by FEI (Festival and Events International) into the feasibility of the new company, and of the Arts Council’s guidelines for potential applicants. The FEI team will give an overview of their findings, and the Arts Council team will outline the guidelines and process for applying.
