HATCH 2020
Applications are now closed for HATCH 2020.
In response to a changed environment, and the uncertainty this may bring for our members, Dance Ireland are announcing HATCH 2020.
We understand that the current situation may mean that artists may not be able to access the creative spaces, spend time with collaborators or share outcomes in the same way.
This is why, with Hatch 2020, the focus is ensuring resilience: investing in time to think, rebuild or reimagine creative processes in this period of recovery we are undoubtedly facing as a sector, and as a society.
This year, we are offering four awards of €3,000 to invest in and support practice for established artists, and four €500 awards to early career artists to engage in mentoring and support.
