We are pleased to announce Kevin Michael Reed as our newly appointed Digital Producer.
Over the next three months, we look forward to working with Kevin and have his expertise contribute to the development of our Creative Digital Strategy, in addition to offering advice and support to our Members.
With the need to move activity online, we recognise that there is a need to build knowledge, skills, and experience in the dance community to fully embrace the potential for technology as a means of both transmission and artistic expression in our art form. There are exciting developments and great opportunities in dance and digital praxis internationally, and fertile ground for growth in this area in Ireland. This project is a first step for Dance Ireland, and we are keen to explore and seed ambition in this area.
We look forward to sharing more details and information on how to engage with this programme over the next few weeks. Watch this space!
