During the warm up we will focus on simple movement tasks that aim to bring awareness to the functions of the body, the different body parts and their mobility, and the placement of the body in the space.
During the class we will use the tools of improvisation and dynamic release-based material in order to explore travelling through space and the physicality of movement. We will focus on challenging our physical and spatial boundaries in order to re-discover our body’s functionality.
