Flying Yoga

Flying yoga uses the benefits of pilates core work, with the additional elements of partner acrobatics, thai massage, yoga asana, and acrobatic and theraputic partner flying.

Each class includes a thorough warm up, based in yoga, pilates, and acrobatics, of strenght and flexibility training, before moving into pertner flying.

A calm and open mindset is created. The class is exciting and refreshing, with a freeing sense of exploration and play.
