Ashtanga Yoga is an athletic, dynamic and flowing form of Yoga and is ideal for those who are looking for a very physical practice. It is excellent for developing fitness, strength, flexibility and for toning the body.

Paul aims to make Ashtanga a safe, accessible and enjoyable practice for all.
