Rental Information
The primary focus for our activity is dance, and in particular professional creative dance. A sliding scale of rates is in operation which distinguishes between proposals that are revenue funded, project funded or non-funded. Commercial rates also apply where relevant. At all times we will remain sensitive to the precarious financial position of independent dance artists, therefore in keeping with our remit, limited financial means will not be the sole barrier to use of studio space for creative dance activities.

DanceHouse is also available for hire for evening classes and weekend events, theatre rehearsals, photo shoots, filming and corporate events.
There are six studios available to hire. The capacity is a guideline only and would vary depending on the nature of the activity. It is advisable to come in and see the studios before a booking is made.
Booking requirements
Insurance
All hirers must have public liability insurance for €1,300,000. DanceHouse must be indemnified for the duration of the rental.
Contracts & booking deposits
Contracts are issued for all bookings. Contracts must be signed and returned along with booking deposits to secure bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
DanceHouse operates a cancellation policy. If a booking is confirmed and a contract issued, the cancellation policy will be enforced.
